Returns policy
Our items are second hand so please review all photos, descriptions, and measurements carefully before purchasing as change-of-mind returns are not accepted.
Under Australian Consumer Law, you are entitled to a repair, replacement, or refund if an item is faulty, significantly not as described, or damaged in transit. Any issues must be reported within 3 days of delivery, with supporting photos where applicable.

Shipping
Standard domestic shipping within Australia is included in the item price.
At checkout, you’ll see the available shipping options based on your location. All shipments include tracking, which will be emailed to you once your order has been dispatched. If you’ve purchased an item via Instagram, Krystyna will send your tracking details via DM.
International Orders (outside Australia)
Delivery times may vary due to distance, customs clearance, and local postal processing. While shipping delays are rare, they can occasionally occur outside of my control. For reference, I recommend the express shipping with signature option for added security.
Please note that international buyers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees charged by their country.

Every piece is personally sourced through trusted jewellers and reputable auction houses. All gold and materials are professionally tested and verified before being listed, and gold quality is fully guaranteed.
Each listing includes all essential details to the best of my knowledge and experience. While I am not a certified gemologist, I take great care to describe gemstones and diamonds accurately and honestly, and I’m always happy to clarify or provide additional information prior to purchase.
As all pieces are second-hand or vintage, some natural signs of age or wear may be present and will be noted where relevant. Under Australian Consumer Law, items are guaranteed to be as described and of acceptable quality, taking into account their age and nature.
